Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first. ~Ernestine Ulmer

Who doesn't loved home baked desserts? I always love when I walk into my moms house and there is a strong aroma of cookies baking in the oven. These days everyone is in such a hurry to get things done we just run to the closest supermarket to pick up whatever is already made. Today's world has lost the understanding of how special home baked desserts really are. Fire House Cookies makes it easy for us to get the home baked dessert along with the ease of the already made desserts at the supermarket! Sounds too good to be true right? Well its not!

Fire House Cookies is a home-based business located in Fresno County. This small business was one of the first businesses in Fresno county to obtain a license under the Cottage Food Law. Jeannine is the creator behind all the goodness at Fire House Cookies. She has been baking since she was a small child and is completely self-taught. Her background is in fine art with a fine art degree from CSUF with a Graphic Design option. Fire House Cookies takes custom orders and creates displays for events. Her plan is to move into a store-front within the next year.

Here are the names of these delicious looking treats:

Lemon Bars

Salted Caramel Blondie's

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Coconut Macaroons

French Macaroons

The set up below was a completely custom request. Jannine, owner of Fire House Cookies, put the entire display together with the desserts, picture frames, custom signs, and even that beautiful 'Sweets' sign. How neat is that!?

You can find these amazing desserts either online atΒ Fire House Cookies or in various shops located around Fresno county. A few of these shops are:
